My focus is not to get you the correct label but to help you achieve your behavioral health goals. Do you need to be less anxious? Less afraid? More in control of your emotions? More able to cope with adversity and achieve your work or personal goals? What is it you want to do? That's what matters. I want to help you with what matters!

Relationships are often difficult because couples don' t possess the tools they need to communicate, heal and thrive. Man and woman were meant to emulate a picture of how God loves His own. It takes work to model that picture! There are times when hurt from the past causes scars that don't seem to heal without some help or a breakdown in communication becomes a catalyst to giving up and letting go. Whatever it may be, let me help you get back to being a healthy thriving couple....again.

Substance & Alcohol Abuse Assessments
​Do you need a comprehensive substance abuse and psychological evaluation for court; work or military entry? You’ve reached the right professional. Background matters! Without context, there is no understanding as to how you came to be where you are now. I will conduct an intensive evaluation using the (ASI) Addiction Severity Index. The accompanying narrative report provides a comprehensive account of your substance and alcohol use as well as your mental health. It goes beyond simple tests that don’t take into account your unique story.
